Wishlist: Olympus M[mju:]400 Digital Camera or Kodak Easy Share. I really really really need this camera..my current one worked like Stone Age and if anyone have RM1k+ to spare...
Just for entertainment's sake, I'll give a run down on today's concert finale. I'm not gonna give play-by-play, but the gist of today's concert...starting off with the always flamboyant host, Aznil Nawawi blabling away, Azizi went up first, and then Liza, continued by Vincent, followed by Nija and lastly, Khai. Nija's and Khai's rock numbers freaked me out a little, they were so good, especially Khai! Funny part at the end of Khai's Sheila on 7 song when his microphone wasn't working; Aznil rocked his way to exchange the mike. Quick thinking there, dude!
Each sang 2 songs, followed by a medley by the other 7 "students" who got booted out...personally, when Adi start singing with all his heart to the 5 finalists, I was already shedding tears until Atie ruin the mood by singing about Hello Kitty (hello?!). Adi CAN sing, really! And he look so endearing with his boyish sad looks...Reuben is alright, Nana's I Will Survive rendition was good and Rosma. Rosma my girl sang My All, and damn, it's STILL a pity she didn't make it. I guess all 12 of them are winners tonight. To see them all prancing on stage once again...sigh. Well, what dya say? 3rd went to Azizi, 2nd to Khai and 1st to Vincent (congrats, dude! Amelia must be dancing with joy already here). Oh well. There will always be winners and losers no matter what. The world cannot accept equality. One thing to pick on, though, Aznil Nawawi's horrendously long-winded. Can't he cut out some of his dramas? Like, we live in the 21st century, dahlin'! Suspense, memang suspense, too much of a good thing spoils it, you know!
Now, question is, do they let all the votes accumulate from Week 1 or do they restart the tabs after Saturday night's concerts? And what the heck will happen to Nemo? Will Khai insist on bringing him home to Johore? Heh.
Okay, okay, now we talk about my life.
Had prefects' farewell today in KFC...heavy rain, what a day. Okay la. Had a feast. Family's gonna break up anyway. I just wish some of my favourite juniors (in no particular order):
Pit Ching (always the smallest, docile-st)
Jia Jeng (cheeky, cheeky!)
Zheng Yang (playful nut)
Boon Keat
Jia Wen
the best of luck in the coming year, have fun during duties, remember that there's time to be serious and time to play, and of course, my khai gor (abang angkat, "big bro"), Sai Jun and also Rebecca, my "big sis" for all, ALL their guidance, advice and their taking care of me. Hugs and kisses! :)
